Event booking

A community of hospitality

To begin the request process, please fill out this building use request form

** Note that completing this form does not guarantee that your request will be possible.

We will review your request and respond within 3-4 weekdays via email or phone.

  • Booking is available 6 months before your requested event

  • Booking must be made no less than 6 weeks before your requested event

  • If technology is requested, a representative of your organization must meet beforehand with one of our tech people for specifics. There is a $15/hour charge for our technology person to work at your event. (We will do our best for one person to cover your tech needs, but if the request is complex and requires 2 people, we will need to charge $30/hour for 2 people’s time).

  • Groups are expected to do their own set-up and clean-up.

  • Please have your group remain in their space—no wandering the building, except for restrooms.

  • If your event takes place in the evening or on the weekend, the entry doors must remain locked for your own safety. One of your group will need to let guests in and out.
